Toast To The Arts a Smash Hit!

The Board of Directors and staff of the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin wish to thank Team Schierl Companies, Sentry Insurance, community volunteers, donors, performers and attendees for making the first annual Toast to the Arts a success.  The event raised over $8,000 for the Arts & Culture Mission Fund at the Community Foundation, which is nearly a 20% increase in the fund balance!

“Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 5, 2013 for this year’s Toast to the Arts.  The event promises to be bigger and better!” said Terry Rothmann, Executive Director.

AIR Project Fund


The Artist In Residence (AIR) Project produces collaborative and innovative performing arts programming utilizing the combined efforts of established professional and emerging performing artists. “AIR Project fosters the creation of works that inspire creativity and imagination, celebrate diversity and change, while educating and engaging the community to make art accessible in all lifestyles.” said Terry Rothmann, Executive Director.

Klismith Family Fund


The fund will award an annual scholarship to a Portage County graduating high school senior planning to major in accounting or paper science at UWSP.  “Educating young people is the most important thing we do as a community, and we are pleased to be able to help the Klismith family with their scholarship” said Terry Rothmann, Executive Director.
